We believe in being upfront so you can make an informed decision with confidence.

Home Inspection Report

This sample report represents a typical inspection for a homebuyer considering a property purchase. It’s designed to give you a clear understanding of the level of detail, structure, and insights you can expect from our inspections. Reviewing this report will help you set realistic expectations and see how we communicate important findings. All personal information has been removed, and the homeowner has granted permission to share this report.

Phase Inspection Report

A residential new construction phase inspection is a series of inspections performed at key stages during the building of a new home. Instead of waiting until the house is finished, we inspect it during critical phases—such as the foundation, framing, and final walkthrough—to catch issues early, before they’re hidden behind walls or become costly to fix. These inspections help ensure the builder is following proper construction practices and that your new home is being built safely and correctly. It’s a smart way to protect your investment and gain peace of mind throughout the construction process.

After a major storm, it’s important to assess your home for any hidden or visible damage. Our storm damage inspection is a detailed evaluation of your property to identify issues caused by wind, hail, or other severe weather. We are certified through the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), which means we meet strict standards for inspecting storm-related damage. Our reports are thorough, easy to understand, and can be a powerful tool in supporting your insurance claim. We work to document the damage clearly and accurately—helping you build a stronger case with your insurance provider and get the coverage you deserve.

Thermal & Moisture Report

Moisture problems can hide behind walls, ceilings, and floors—causing serious damage over time if left undetected. Our thermal and moisture inspection uses advanced infrared (thermal imaging) technology to locate hidden moisture without invasive methods. This allows us to pinpoint areas where water may be entering or accumulating, even if there are no visible signs yet. Whether it’s from a roof leak, plumbing issue, or poor drainage, we help identify the source and extent of the problem early. This inspection is especially valuable for homeowners, buyers, and property managers looking to prevent mold, structural damage, and costly repairs.
